Refunds & Returns
One to One Exchange / Credit Note is usually given for purchases within 30 days from the date of invoice. Unless otherwise stated.
We will issue a credit note by emailing you a copy of the credit note showing the credit amount along with a statement that will show your account in credit.
We will issue a credit note when goods are faulty, damaged or the incorrect item is delivered.
We will not issue a credit note if the goods were incorrectly ordered but we shall offer a refund on all returned items.
You must organise the return of the faulty items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
Goods received back will be checked by our returns department and if they are found not to be faulty we are unable to accept these back and will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
We do not accept back “unwanted” items.
